MEETING OF NORTH SHORE FIRE DEPARTMENT

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the North Shore Fire Department Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, immediately following the Finance Committee meeting that starts at 7:30 a.m. at River Hills Village Hall, 7650 N. Pheasant Lane, River Hills, Wisconsin to consider:

1. Call to order, roll call

2. Persons Desiring to be Heard

3. Consideration of Minutes: January 12, 2010 Board of Directors Minutes

January 19, 2010 Personnel Committee Minutes

4. Fire Chief’s Report on Department Activities relating to Department Calls, Staffing, Appointment/Promotion Needs, Training, Fire Prevention activities and upcoming events.

5. NSFD Commission Chairperson’s Report

6. Committee Reports

Finance Committee
Personnel Committee
Nominating Committee

7. Approve Non-Represented Personnel Manual Updates as Recommended by the Personnel Committee

8. Non-Represented Personnel Actions

The Board of Directors reserves the right to adjourn into closed session under the provisions of Sec. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats. for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to reconvene into open session under the provisions of Sec. 19.85(2)(c), Wis. Stats. to take possible action on Item 8.
