 Dave Berousek is the Chief of the North Shore Fire Department. He began his career in the fire service in Illinois in 1977 as a firefighter. He began employment with Brown Deer Fire Department in 1991 as the Deputy Chief, and was promoted to Chief of the North Shore Fire Department after the consolidation in 1995.
