Fee Schedule for Emergency Medical Services

Effective September 1, 2006

Ambulance Conveyance Fees

Resident transported to a hospital - $450.00
Non-resident transported to a hospital - $525.00

In addition to the basic charge above all patients will be charged the following if applicable:

$10.00 per mile (from scene to hospital)
$60.00 for oxygen therapy
$50.00 a flat charge when any non-reusable equipment is used

Medical Treatment without a Conveyance

If the Department provides medical treatment that does not end in a transport, the patient will be charged a flat $100.00 charge. No additional fees will apply for medical care.

Fire Department Clean up Services

If an owner’s property or vehicle has created a potential hazard in the public right of way, and the Department provides services to eliminate or reduce the hazard, the owner will be charged a $500.00 fee for services.
