2010 Fee Schedule for
Emergency Medical Services

Ambulance Conveyance Fees

Resident transported to a hospital - $575.00 - $690.00
Non-resident transported to a hospital - $650.00 - $740.00

In addition to the basic charge above all patients will be charged the following if applicable:

$14.00 per mile (from scene to hospital)
$75.00 for oxygen therapy
$95.00 for defibrillation
$60.00 for IV and supplies
$75.00 for intubation
$95.00 for EKG
$90.00 for Epi-pen
$30.00 - $85.00 for most commonly administered drugs

Medical Treatment without a Conveyance

If the Department provides medical treatment that does not end in a transport, the patient will be charged as follows:

Resident: $100.00 - $120.00
Non-resident: $150.00 - $165.00

Fire Department Clean up Services

If an owner’s property or vehicle has created a potential hazard in the public right of way, and the Department provides services to eliminate or reduce the hazard, the owner will be charged a $500.00 fee for services.
