The North Shore Fire Department will be using employee navigator again for the 2021 open enrollment process. The employee navigator website can be accessed here. The Department will be hosting a 'passive' open enrollment process this year, meaning if you are not making changes to your health, dental and vision benefits they will automatically renew for the 2021 plan year. I still strongly encourage employees to log on to review their benefits as there are slight modifications to opt out elections and employees that have experienced qualifying events during the year will want to log in to ensure there information is up to date. Following the open enrollment process Finance Director Harrigan will send out final election letters to all employees and retirees.

During the registration process you will be required to enter personal identifying data as well as the following company identifier: NSFD. If you have forgotten your password please contact Finance Director Harrigan to have it reset.
